BORN FROM GYPSUM.
REIMAGINED WITH ASH
We collaborate with nature to create materials that evolve, not expire.
Rumett mineral panels are made from gypsum and bio-ash. The surface arrives finished. No paint. No filler. No finishing step. Mount it, take it down, use it again.
For thousands of years, civilisations built their walls from pure minerals. The Pantheon. The hammams of Damascus. The walls of Jericho. They used what the earth gave them — gypsum, ash, stone — and they built things that lasted centuries.
Gypsum is a mineral that breathes. It absorbs moisture from the air and releases it when conditions change, regulating the climate of a room without mechanical help. It is hygroscopic, non-combustible, and as old as architecture itself.
What conventional plasterboard did was wrap it in paper — a layer that makes the material impossible to recycle. We replaced that paper with 22% bio-ash. What remains is a panel that is purer, stronger, and designed to go back into the world rather than into a skip.
“When the material stands
naked, it stands strongest.”
MATERIAL PHILOSOPHY
We believe material is not neutral.
It carries weight, temperature, texture, silence.
Our panels are raw and mineral. They regulate humidity naturally. They can be repaired, repigmented, and reinstalled. They age with dignity.
VISION
A construction industry where
walls are assets, not waste.
Where materials are harvested,
used, dismantled, and reused indefinitely.
