01 — Product
A cast mineral wall panel for interior fit-out. The panel is solid mineral and has no paper facing. Colour runs through the body of the panel rather than sitting on it as a printed or applied pattern, and the surface is formed at the point of casting rather than built up on site.
02 — Composition
Gypsum and bio-ash, cast together. No paper facing.
03 — Applications
Interior wall surfaces in fit-out, fixed to a supporting framework. For anything outside that, send us the specifics of the project and we will confirm suitability rather than leave you to infer it.
04 — Reaction to fire
The Rumett mineral panel is classified A1 for reaction to fire in accordance with EN 13501-1:2018, issued by DBI.
The classification applies to the product defined in the report. Coverage of sealed or lacquered variants remains to be confirmed.
Reaction to fire and fire resistance are different tests. This classification addresses reaction to fire only, and is not a fire resistance rating. It is a classification, not a certification or type approval.

05 — Format and thickness
Panel thickness is 13 mm. Panel format is set per project rather than offered as a fixed catalogue size, because panels are cast to the project. Tell us the wall and we will confirm the formats available for it.
06 — Fixing and installation
Panels are fixed mechanically, with screws into a stud system, rather than bonded with adhesive. This is Rumett’s current practice rather than an engineered installation specification: fixing detail and structural retention are confirmed per project, with the project’s engineer where one is appointed.
